Yes, in search of a perfect climax to 2017! You know, why should I put this title? Because I want to make sure that the next commitment that I’m gonna make to 2018 must be followed/completed unlike 2017. The new life does not come with the New Year!
And so, this time, I didn’t have to wait until the end of the year. On one usual December night, I got this thought. And what did I learn from 2017 is: To Accept.
It is too hard for people like me who have got anger and egoistic nature in their inheritance. It is too hard to accept people talking all the crap; hard to even listen to them! The marriage season is here nowadays and so everyone is on their highest stress level. We want everything perfect in future, and so we’re ruining our present. (I keep myself engaged and make sure that future will be all okay after my sista would leave her old home. She and my Mi are busy shopping. We all are missing our precious time, but that’s okay whenever we are all together๐)
Instead of stressing out, I must keep myself contained because I’m gonna enjoy the marriage season and my sista will be happy in future and that turn needs not to be straight. Many times I keep thinking that this life will come to an end, and so you have to accept it because it is not in your hand. So, you only have options: to accept them earlier with happiness or to accept those facts after getting high BP. At the end, YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT.
What to do if you love someone? You can’t change that. Forget all the crap of ‘เคเค เคคเคฐเฅा เคช्เคฏाเคฐเคी เคคाเคเคค เคนी เคुเค เคเคฐ เคนोเคคी เคนै...’ and all that, but accept that you love her/him even if the decision of the person is not as same. Accept that your feelings will also change in future.
You can’t change your past. Accept what already did happen and think about the future. (Believe me, demonetization worked. Not the way you wanted it to, but it did. And yes, there was nothing stressful about it, for common people too, still they were disturbing themselves because they were all unaware of the facts and the news. So now, that you can’t change your rupees notes to the older ones; why should you consider demonetization as some de-motivation to your nation? PS. I’m not ‘Modi-Bhakta’)
Other things for politics from this year, is elections. Chanakya said that, “a leader of the nation must have a strong opponent to keep the work at its perfect pace and to the peak performance.” At the start of the year, we saw Akhilesh and Rahul Gandhi reunion for the UP elections. People mocked them because of the event that followed the election propaganda. BJP won the UP elections. After that Nitishkumar (Bihar) supported Modi which topped all the news channels for a while and too much things happened then. Rahul Gandhi worked on his image and personality, and the Gujarat elections showed the results – ‘they didn’t win but they also didn’t lose.’ (Tharoor said.) BJP works smartly, as they know how to turn everything upside down. (They don’t know how to win, but they know how to defeat a party – also from Chanakya Niti/opposite to Vivekanand’s thoughts.)
The point is, I vote for one who works for my nation. And whenever we are discussing politics in our family group I’m from the truth’s side. No matter what the party is. Because I accept that everyone is not perfect, whoever is on the seat has something good and something bad. You can dislike them by comparing their works to others, but it doesn’t mean they don’t know how to run the nation. Accept this: “เคोเค เคญी เคฆेเคถ perfect เคจเคนीं เคนोเคคा, เคเคธे perfect เคฌเคจाเคจा เคชเฅเคคा เคนै..."

I can’t always expect ‘movies’ to be the best. This year, I had to watch older movies because I didn’t like watching the new ones in theatre. (To be honest, Bahubali-2 was also worse than Bahubali-1) though I was happy as we were at the best in wrestling. Even though we lost our cricket worldcup before Pakistan, the test series were too good because of Kohli and Sharma. (Obviously, I’m talking about Rohit Sharma!)
‘To accept’ is the hardest for me when it comes to study and curriculum. This year, even though I accepted myself with my interests and studies, it is still too hard to keep it going. Those who are stressed about what people will say or parents will say, must not get to the point in life when they don’t get themselves. (Nope, I didn’t face this situation.)
The way you keep yourself positive for all the situations is: ‘Accept your success. Accept your failures.’ People call me ‘all rounder’, which can be true. But only when, I’m on the limelight with my confidence. I don’t care about people when I’m on the stage, because it is 'my' performance; and I don’t care about people when I’m in the dustbin because it is all about finding a thrown diamond. If people call me arrogant; well, I am. I am, for my positive attitude. And I am proud, when I follow my vow: ‘To accept’.
Filmy time:
I laughed after writing the 'I don't care about people' part as I remembered Rachel from FRIENDS.
She: "Everyone says you're a shoe, you're a shoe.
But what if I want to be a... Purse"
.
He replied something on phone.
.
She: "I'm not saying I need a purse... It's a metaphor Daddy"
.
See, she accepted what she was and thought of her future as what she wanted to become.
